MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Content Creation & Production: Plan, write, and produce short-form video, graphics, and written campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube with a creator's instinct. - Influencer-Led Brand Building: Shape a personal, trend-led voice for the company and test new formats rapidly. - Outbound & Lead Generation: Execute outreach and account-based marketing targeting enterprise decision-makers alongside the sales team. - Automation Ownership: Build and maintain no-code workflows (n8n, Make) to enrich and route high-intent leads directly to sales. - Events & Partnerships: Coordinate internal hosted events and external speaking opportunities; pitch regional and media appearances. - Community & Insights: Manage inbound engagement across channels, monitor performance metrics, and turn audience data into actionable growth initiatives. - GEO & Website: Optimize website content for Generative Engine Optimization so the brand ranks in AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini) and traditional search. IDEAL PROFILE - Final year of a Master's degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (open to end-of-studies internship or apprenticeship). - Available to start ASAP on a full-time schedule (for apprenticeships, please specify your school/work rhythm). - Creator mindset with a genuine passion for social media, short-form video, digital culture, and AI. - Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for instructions. - Comfortable with no-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) or eager to learn fast. - Committed to working 100% on site in Paris. REQUIRED SKILLS - Fluent English with working proficiency in French (please state your level). - Proficiency with creative tools (Canva, DaVinci Resolve, OpusClip, HeyGen, or similar). - Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite). - Bonus: 2 to 3 years of video editing experience. - Bonus: Familiarity with web platforms (Next.js, Sanity CMS) for GEO.
