Main Responsibilities The HR Officer will play a key role in operating HR administration and office operations, supporting Ekkiden's activities across multiple countries (Spain, France, Germany, and Switzerland). HR Administration and Onboarding/Offboarding - Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process. - Create access to internal tools. - Coordinate with the IT department for tech equipment. - Organize welcome meetings. - BE available to answer questions from new joiners and departing employees. - Manage internal HR platforms and tools : administration, payroll, occupational medical service, benefits, etc. - Monitor and track absences (paid leave, sickness, exceptional absences) in the ERP. - Verify and process payroll data in collaboration with payroll providers in Switzerland, Spain, and France. - Ensure timesheet control in the ERP and align leave counters monthly. - Process and send exit documents to employees for signature. - Communicate new hires and departures to payroll providers on a monthly basis. - Manage meal vouchers for France and Spain. - Address employee inquiries regarding payslips. Office Management - Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment inventory. - Update the Furniture Planner. - Organize company events : training sessions, workshops, team buildings, breakfasts, trips, afterworks, etc. - Additional tasks may BE assigned based on priorities and the evolution of the role What are we looking for? - We are looking for a strong personality !
